President: Anthony Craig

The vote was almost unanimous, decided with a quick show of hands, in fact the ink is still wet with the final LTB meeting and first official ACF meeting occurring simultaneously on the 12th November. Congratulations to Romain Bapst (LTB) and Bruno Gentile the Queensland president for recognising the values and the positive stimulus this has created nationally. The heat is now on to provide LTB members the standard they have become accustomed to.

The new Brisbane ACF branch president is Anthony Craig with vice president Kevin Gulliver and a strong support committee will make a great start to this exciting time.

Interestingly the comments from Brisbane chefs taken from the meeting “ what’s in a name we want to continue to work with all chefs to create a way foreward”, “it’s the best way forward, we can only get bigger and stronger”  seemed to sum up the feeling in the room.

Saying goodbye to Romain Bapst
