It has been an interesting year for our sponsors as well as our junior chefs.

Our emphasis for the coming year is on developing our young culinary professionals.

As the ACT is an organisation of highly trained professionals looking to develop young talent,

we take this opportunity to invite you to be a part of our dynamic organisation.

Our main focus will be the secondary school competition in Queensland as well as building a team to represent us nationwide.

The Heat Is On at The

The National Team will be presenting a menu selected from their repertoire of competition dishes.

All funds raised at this dinner will be used to support the team on its culinary journey culminating at the Culinary Olympics in Erfurt in October 2012.

This is the second dinner the team has presented and will be followed in the coming months with dinners across the country.

The Australian National Culinary Team has been selected from chefs who have participated in the national culinary squad and who have competed over the past two years in major competitions in Australia and Overseas.  Team members were required to furnish evidence of their achievements to date and evidence of support from Employers, Parents and their Training Provider. The team members have made a commitment to represent Australia until the end of 2012. They will be required to give up many hours of their personal time to achieve the highest standards possible.
