CIT is a major supporter of the Australian Culinary Chefs Federation
In it's cause to further the education of apprentices and chefs alike

they let us use there kitchens for competitions

they allow us to use there facilities for social and industry events and often ask the teachers to assist with judging

This year the Canberra Institute of technology Department of Culinary Skills within the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management is sponsoring 25 CIT student scholarships, memberships and teachers memberships.

We are also very proud to have a number of CIT Teachers on our committee.
