We hold our monthly Committee meetings on the 2nd Wednesday of each month starting at 5pm at the TAFE. All members are welcome to attend (date & time are subject to change).

The Australian Culinary Federation is the peak industry organisation representing professional Chefs, Cooks, Apprentices & Culinary Students.

We participate & advise in the establishment, maintenance & improvement of Australian Culinary Competitions.

Annual Awards Night

The 2014 Annual ACF Restaurant of the Year Awards was held on Monday Evening at the TAFE and we are pleased to announce that the winner for 2014 is SALT HOUSE. The runners up for 2014 were in 2nd Place Linga Longa International Restaurant and Rydges Esplanade Resort and in 3rd place Bellocale.
We would like to thank all the restaurants for their continued support in hosting these luncheons that go towards our fund-raising to assist in the training of the young chefs in our region and hope that they are all keen to compete again in 2015.
So again congratulations to Salt House, Linga Longa, Rydges Resort and Bellocale.
