We hold our monthly Committee meetings on the 2nd Wednesday of each month starting at 5pm at the TAFE. All members are welcome to attend (date & time are subject to change).

2014 Nestlé Golden Chef's Hat State Final

The winners were Team 1. Adam Millard -Touch of Salt, and Mitchell Jeanes - Smithfied Tavern.

ACF---National-thumbThere are some very big issues about to unfold that ACF should advise their members of the following:

1. All should ask their seafood suppliers to comply to AFNS in relation to product/invoices etc. Note some supermarkets insist on suppliers signing to this
2. They should never change the name of the fish themselves - if they buy Hake sell Hake, dont buy Hake and sell Butterfish as the Apollo Bay fish shop was doing
