Team selection

The team has been selected from junior chef's who have competited in the following compititions.

• W.A. Oceanafest.
• W.A. Apprentice of the year.
• W.A. Nestlé Golden Chef's Hat Competition.

Team members were required to furnish evidence of their achievements to date and evidence of support from Employers,Parents and there training provider.

The team members have made a commitment to represent Australia until the end of 2008.

They will be required to give to give up many hours of there personal time to achieve the highest standards possible.

The team consists of the following members.

• Martin Carlin: Hospitality Extras Assistant Team Manager.
• Peter Tischhauser: Serco Australia Logistice Manager.

• Daniel Sharp: 08 Golden chef's Hat WinnerWild Duck Restaurant Albany.

All team members have achieved Gold medal standad in A.C.F. Competitions.
