5 Star Hotel - Pre Opening Opportunity

A new and exciting opportunity has become available for a dynamic Sous Chef to lead a restaurant team of an international hotel opening in Hong Kong. Scheduled to open in Mid-2008, our client forms part of a world renowned hotel group.

This role will be for the hotel’s signature restaurant, offering modern fashionable and creative Australian Cuisine. Under the guidance of an international Executive Chef, you will be responsible for this restaurant. We are seeking a Chef who is looking to make their mark in Asia. To be considered for this role, candidates must: have:

• Experience as at least Sous Chef or 2nd chef in a leading Modern Australian Restaurant in Sydney or Melbourne
• Chef Hatted restaurant experience in Sydney is desired
• Be available to start before end of May 2008
• Currently must be a Sous Chef or higher
• A good working Knowledge of HACCP and OH&S regulations and practices
