  • Treasurers Report

The Treasurers Report was tabled and accepted by the committee. 
Public Liability Insurance is due for renewal.  It was agreed by the committee that this should be renewed. 
Roger paid the Post Box renewal and will be reimbursed by the ACF NT chapter.

 

  • New President

Louise De Luca has kindly offered to stand in as the President until the AGM in September, all of the committee members present were in favour of this. 

Fortunately for the ACF NT chapter, Jason Wilkes will still be on the committee.

  • May Day / May Barbeque

 

It was discussed and agreed by the committee that the May Day BBQ should be held a little later due to other events on around the same time.

  • Louise D to check the Permits required
  • No dogs are allowed
  • Invite is open to all members and their immediate family
  • Jebfab possibly for some catering
  • Louise K to do a flyer RSVP necessary for catering
  • Chef to Chef Magazine

Louise K will interview Kurt Bucher from Kurts Cakes as our member profile for Chef to Chef.  This is due by March 31st.

Louise D to do a blurb for the magazine.

  • HDB (Humpty Doo Barra) Competition

Bharat is liaising with Steve Sunk (of CDU; where competition is to be held) regarding this competition and will provide feed-back at next meeting.

 

  • NGCH (Nestle Golden Chefs Hat) Competition

The NT NGCH is scheduled for the 30 June, to be held at CDU. 
The ACF NT needs to promote this to establishments in a drive to get teams.  A letter will be written and sent out to members/ establishments.  Bharat has started organizing teams through CDU and will continue to promote this competition to the apprentices at CDU.

Louise D will email Jason to get information from the previous NGCH.
