National team for Singapore 2010

The team will compete in Singapore during the FHA show, they must prepare a menu for 85 covers live on Wednesday 21st April and display their cold table on Thursday 22nd. Twelve international team will compete for the top three positions over the four days and the top three will compete for the coveted lion trophy.

Shane Keighley said “this week has been essential to the teams preparation, the team have been able in work top class conditions and appreciate the outstanding support of the Academy and the staff”.

Team manager Patrick O Brien said “The Singapore competition was the Australian Culinary Federation’s first step in the team building process and he was confident the team would do everyone proud”. He also said that this would not be possible without industry sponsors.

The Australian National Team achieved a GOLD medal in the Hot Kitchen In Singapore today Day 2.

Paul Hickey(NSW), Daniel Hurley (ACT), Shannon Kellam (Queensland), Stephen Clarke (WA), Shane Keighley (Queensland, team captain), Sian Cole (WA), Jennie Keys(SA). Andre Kropp (TAS), Royston Clark (WA).

The team is competing  in Singapore during the FHA show, for the  hot kitchen they prepared a menu for 85 covers live and will display their cold table tomorrow.

Twelve international teams will compete for the top three positions over the four days and the top three will compete for the coveted lion trophy.

The team would like to thank all of the sponsors and everybody who has supported them.

Australia came fourth on a countback

The Battle for the lion will be contested by

Singapore, Germany, & Switzerland
