Chefs Profile Rolline Jerethy, aged 19 from Tenmaru Village on Malekula, Rolline is studying at the College, she became a chef after helping her mother prepare and serve local food and wished to learn more. She is one of the up and coming chefs who if she applies herself should go far in the Industry. We wish her all the best in her studies and Career.
Angelina Reggie, age 21 from Atchin in Malekula, Angelina has been cooking for 4 years and is in her 8 th month at HTLTC, she became a chef because of her love of food and has said that if she couldn’t be a chef she would write recipes. Her favorite kitchen tool is her paring knife
Florah Silas, aged 21 of Nekapa Village on Nguna
Currently training at the College, she became a chef because of her love of food, and has been at the college for 6 months, her favorite meal is Veal Schnitzel served with Pasta. She has worked in the past as a waitress for Lano Catering. Her favorite piece of equipment is her knife and believes that the Industry will only improve with the further development of the Island Bungalows and Resorts.
