The Australian Culinary Federation - Victoria (ACFV) and I welcome you to our website.

We are an association that binds all professionals together, and represent Chefs, Cooks, Apprentices and Trainees.

Our aim is to facilitate social and professional contact between members, as well as provide training and development opportunities. We are dedicated to maintaining and improving the culinary standards of global cuisine as well as continue professional development through culinary competitions.

We would like to thank our members, sponsors and corporate members for their fantastic support, and as always, welcome feedback at any time to better meet the needs of the industry.

Events in 2012

Dear ACF members/colleagues,
welcome to 2012 and a great program of classes and events!

Thursday 2nd Feb - our first event for the year is an official judging workshop to be held at The Gordon Tafe. See attached for more details.
Sunday 12th Feb - Lake House Regional Produce Day. Get to know some of the local producers in the Daylesford area. For more information go to http://www.lakehouse.com.au/whats-on
Sunday 26th Feb - we hope you can join us at our annual picnic in Eltham. Bring your family and friends and get to meet with chefs from all over Melbourne and beyond. Details to come
