Walk the truffle fields with an experienced guide\, watch the hunt in action\, and get up close with one of the most sought-after seasonal ingredients in Australian food. \nIt’s also a great chance to connect with fellow chefs and food professionals in a setting far removed from service. \nThinking about making a full weekend of it?
