DESCRIPTION:3 hour skills development class on Sous Vide delivered by Dale Prentice  \nThe 3 hour program is sponsored by ACF and open to professional cooks and apprentices. \nOnly 8 places are available – if you try to purchase a ticket & it says sold out please call the office on 0412 670 923 \nAll equipment and food are provided. You will need to bring your cooking uniform and appropriate footwear. \nThis program would be ideal for TAFE teachers who need to deliver Sous Vide as part of the cert 3 of commercial cookery. All notes and materials will be provided and can be used in your class.
