His career began at the iconic The Peninsula Hong Kong before he moved into Melbourne’s luxury hospitality sector. Today\, as Corporate Chef for Mrs. Tran’s Kitchen\, he continues to shape standards and mentor emerging talent. \nAlongside him\, Isabel Nicole Aguas (Koi) represents the next generation of Australian chefs stepping into international competition. \nWe are hosting an intimate dinner limited to just 12 guests.
