The Culinary Committee meets the 3rd Saturday of each Month at 11am Please contact your region representative if you have business for the committee

The ACF Culinary Committee consists of respected representatives from each region, each serving as the senior judge within their area.
This committee is dedicated to orchestrating successful industry competitions, both regionally and nationally, adhering to the rigorous standards of Worldchefs competition guidelines.

Throughout the year, the committee conducts several regional judging workshops and a national judges’ workshop with the goal of fostering a uniform judging style and system across Australia. This initiative also serves as a stepping stone towards achieving Worldchefs Judging credentials.

Additionally, the ACF officially endorses all competitions through the Culinary Committee, ensuring that each competition’s criteria are meticulously developed, reviewed, and approved by the committee.
