EDUCATION COMMITTEE
The Education Committee is committed to the advancement and training within the commercial cookery profession.
We proudly represent chefs, cooks, apprentices, and commercial cookery students at both the federal and local community levels. Our focus is on modernising the profession and ensuring our community is at the forefront of industry advancements and educational updates. We also take pride in promoting International Chefs Day on October 20th each year.
We’re here to keep you informed about the latest courses, opportunities for upskilling, masterclasses, micro-credentials, and ACF Chef Certification.
If you’re a working chef or a cookery educator and a fully paid member of the ACF, and you’d like to be involved in driving forward our educational initiatives, please contact your state director for more information.
