The Folly Truffles is approximately 3 hours south of Brisbane and 30 minutes from Stanthorpe.
Unlock the secrets of one of the culinary world’s most prized ingredients at our exclusive Truffle Masterclass Program, brought to you by the Australian Culinary Federation and the Australian Truffle Industry Association.
Join us for an immersive experience where you’ll learn about the distinctive aromas, flavours, and seasonal variations of truffles. Gain expert insights on selecting, pairing, and using truffles to create exceptional dishes that will delight your clientele & an intimate tour of the truffière where you will learn about all things truffle. You will become a truffle hunter for the afternoon as we walk amongst the trees and follow Barry, the truffle dog, as he sniffs. When he alerts us to a potential truffle, you will see how these prized ingredients are harvested. As we unearth the truffles, you will be able to experience first-hand the thrill of the hunt. The hunt is followed by a tasting of a selection of truffle dishes.

With 360-degree views and plenty of space between you and the next site, the peaceful campground will offer self-sufficient campers the opportunity to get away from it all. All sites are on level gravel pads and feature a designated outdoor fire pit (when conditions permit). Well-behaved pets are allowed on leads.
