International Chefs Day is celebrated around the world every 20 October. ACF Victoria is marking it with an evening at the Angliss Restaurant, William Angliss Institute, led by our young chefs.
Emerging young chefs will cook and serve their signature dishes and talk about where the trade has taken them so far, including mentoring, competitions, Worldchefs Congress and international travel.
Open to chefs, cooks, apprentices, students, educators and industry partners. You don’t need to be an ACF member.
Included: finger food prepared by our young chefs and soft drinks. A cash bar is available.
Tickets: $25 including GST. Places are limited.
