NSW ACT & Regions Event: Going for Gold In partnership with Centennial Vineyards Restaurant

The Australian Culinary Federation has partnered with Centennial Vineyards Restaurant for Going for Gold, a showcase dinner celebrating the Southern Highlands.
Held Saturday 15 August 2026 from 6pm, the evening features a series of courses built around the region’s finest primary and artisan producers, matched with carefully selected beverages.
Every dollar raised goes towards sending ACF chefs to represent Australia on the international stage.
Tickets are $150 per person, drinks included, with a raffle and silent auction on the night.
