TABASCO NATIONAL APPRENTICE COMPETITION
The national final will be held in the Culinary Challenge Arena at Fine Food Australia, Sydney International Convention Centre 10th & 11th March 2022
The forms below can be used to register for all of the competitions listed on this page, you need to submit your registration form to the email stipulated in the criteria for your regional heat, national final. The documents will download to your computer as word documents when you click on them, so make sure you note where they are saved to. Each year the Australian Culinary Federation (ACF) conducts a cooking competition for all apprentices & culinary students in each Australian state. This competition is a great opportunity for chefs in training to enhance their skills & network. It is also a lot of fun, and a great learning experience for staff and students alike. There are 4 categories 1st year Apprentice, 2nd year apprentice, Final Year Apprentice & Culinary Students. The winner in each category will compete in the National Final
Competition Directors you need to print application form & have it ready to fill in at your regional final, so that the entrants can sign the form, you are also required to take a team photo to accompany the application.
