We are seeking highly motivated chefs to join the Australian Culinary Teams Squad. You must be under 25 years before 1st June 2023 for the youth team squad and over 25 for the catering team squad and have full support of family, employer & ACF Region Committee

To be considered for a position on the squad you will need to demonstrate the following criteria.

The ability to commit to a training program with full support from family relationships and employer.

You will be an exceptional chef with an even temperament

Able to work under extreme conditions

Work in a team environment taking direction from management

Develop your objectives in a timely manner according to management deadlines

The ability to cope with criticism from your peers

Be available for scheduled and random training sessions locally and interstate, starting immediately

History outlining previous competition experience and skills at state or international level

Understand the full commitment of representing Australia, sponsors, employer and your family and the combined pressure which goes with this position

Regardless of your current position you will need to be a fully focused team player and be prepared to do the hard yards and go the extra mile.

Must be a current financial member of the ACF and your application must have your region committee endorsement

Proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 upon request
