The Australian Culinary Federation - Western Australia (ACFWA)

and I welcome you to our website.

We are an association that binds all professionals together,

and represent Chefs,Cooks, Apprentices and Trainees.

Our aim is to facilitate social and professional contact between members,

as well as provide training and development opportunities.

We are dedicated to maintaining and improving the culinary standards

of global cuisine as well as continue professional development through culinary competitions.

The Heat Is On at The

The National Team will be presenting a menu selected from their repertoire of competition dishes.

All funds raised at this dinner will be used to support the team on its culinary journey culminating at the Culinary Olympics in Erfurt in October 2012.

This is the second dinner the team has presented and will be followed in the coming months with dinners across the country.

The Australian National Culinary Team has been selected from chefs who have participated in the national culinary squad and who have competed over the past two years in major competitions in Australia and Overseas. Team members were required to furnish evidence of their achievements to date and evidence of support from Employers, Parents and their Training Provider. The team members have made a commitment to represent Australia until the end of 2012. They will be required to give up many hours of their personal time to achieve the highest standards possible.
