ACFSQ TRUFFLE HUNT 2026

The ACFSQ Truffle Hunt is back for 2026, returning to The Folly Truffles in Ballandean in the heart of Queensland’s Granite Belt.

An afternoon out of the kitchen and into the paddock. Walk the truffle fields with an experienced guide, watch the hunt in action, and get up close with one of the most sought-after seasonal ingredients in Australian food.

It’s also a great chance to connect with fellow chefs and food professionals in a setting far removed from service.

Thinking about making a full weekend of it? ACF SEQ members can join the ACFSQ Camping Weekend, running from Friday 31 July to Sunday 2 August at the same venue.
