3 hour skills development class on Sous Vide delivered by Dale Prentice
The 3 hour program is sponsored by ACF and open to professional cooks and apprentices.

All equipment and food are provided. You will need to bring your cooking uniform and appropriate footwear.
This program would be ideal for TAFE teachers who need to deliver Sous Vide as part of the cert 3 of commercial cookery. All notes and materials will be provided and can be used in your class.
