Grab your team and get ready for the 2024 Restaurant Challenge! This competition is open to all professional chefs and offers a great opportunity to bring your kitchen crew or industry friends together to show off your skills and enjoy yourselves.

Join us at Foodservice Australia in Sydney, where you and your team will take centre stage on one of three thrilling days. Each team will create, prepare and serve a two-course menu for 54 guests and a panel of friendly judges.

This is your moment to step into the spotlight with your kitchen team or industry colleagues. Nine teams will have the chance to impress over three days, create a two-course menu for 54 guests and a panel of judges at a Foodservice Australia in Sydney.
Join us for the ACF Restaurant Challenge at the Foodservice Australia Trade Show, taking place from 19-21 May 2024 at ICC Sydney. Nine teams will compete over three days, each preparing and serving a two-course menu to 54 guests and judges. Each kitchen team will consist of a team manager and three qualified chefs. We welcome international, regional, and military teams to participate.
Teams will receive $1,500 to assist with travel, accommodation, and food expenses, plus an additional $400 for food costs. The top three teams will earn cash prizes and awards.

The ACF Culinary Committee will review all applications, and the nine successful teams will be announced on Tuesday, 16th April. Team information forms are due by Friday, 3rd May, and menus & recipes must be submitted by Friday, 10th May 2024.
