South QLD Young Chefs Fundraising Dinner

Join us for an intimate evening in support of two South QLD Young Chefs as they take an important step in their careers, representing our region at the World Chefs Congress in Wales in 2026.

For these young chefs, the experience offers the chance to learn alongside peers from around the world, see how the industry operates at a global level, and bring those insights back to our local foodservice community. Evenings like this highlight the value of early support and real-world exposure in shaping confident, capable professionals.

Your support on the night helps create that opportunity.

What to expect

  • A 3-course dinner designed and cooked by South QLD Young Chefs

  • Canapés on arrival

  • Sponsored ingredients, generously supplied by industry supporters

  • Auctions and raffles, with all proceeds supporting the chefs’ journey

  • A relaxed, intimate evening with just 50 seats available
