Join ACF VIC at QT Kitchen in Glen Iris on Wednesday 18 March for an ACC evening hosted by co-owner and Head Chef Kevin, whose background includes international hotel experience with the Mantra Group.
Kevin will welcome us into his dining room for a generous sit-down sharing menu, paired with tasting wines from Vintage House Wine & Spirits.
Expect dishes including:
Yellowtail kingfish ceviche with Davidson plum
Wagyu in betel leaves
NT barramundi with fermented shrimp and lime beurre blanc
Duck curry with confit Maryland
Grilled prawns with mango and fragrant herbs
Banana fritter with coconut and salted caramel
