VIC – Christmas cocktail party at Le Meridien

A collaborative Christmas Cocktail party in between the Australian Culinary Federation Victoria, Les Toques Blanches Victoria, Asian Chef Club, Chaine De Rotisseurs, and the Australian Institute of Technical Chef will be hosting at Le Meridien, a 5-star hotel in Melbourne’s CBD, featuring 235 chic guestrooms, a French restaurant and an art deco style café/bar, plus a 24/7 gym. Other amenities include an outdoor heated pool and a poolside bar with skyline views.

Ticket price includes food only: 7 Canapes each, served from 18.30pm – 21.00pm
Cash bar – Super discounted drinks offering:
3 types of bottled beer – $6 each
3 types of white wine & red wine – $8 glass
1 American whisky – $9 per serve, 30 ml
1 Scotch whisky – $9 per serve, 30 ml
