ABOUT THE SCHOLARSHIPS
Supporting talent, opportunity and future leadership in Australian foodservice.
The Nestlé Professional Young Chef Scholarships are designed to support and inspire the future of Australia’s foodservice industry. Delivered in partnership with the Australian Culinary Federation (ACF), the scholarships provide financial support, mentorship and industry recognition to two young chefs under the age of 25.
Each scholarship is valued at $4,000. One is awarded on merit, recognising skill, commitment and potential. The second is awarded on an equity basis, supporting young chefs who may face financial or personal barriers to progressing their career.
